The employees here are always kind, and we can always find what we need. Ms. Mimi was working today, and made myself and my four young children feel so welcome. She could tell I was a little stressed making sure they were all doing ok in the store, and she was sooooo kind to us. This has been our go to store for awhile, but we are even more dedicated now!

City Beauty Supply reminds me of Publix, "Where shopping is a pleasure." Publix lives up to the standard of making shopping pleasant. City Beauty Supply does the same thing! They are very knowledgeable about what's in their store and where it's located. They take you to the product and the young woman at the Sharer Road location is always smiling and kind. I love it!! Buying good hair products from a friendly store, makes you feel better about how you look when wearing the finished products.

I am very indecisive and they did not pester or watch me while I mulled over wigs for 2h. That being said, the pricing was expensive. my $69 wig is $40 on Amazon and it sheds so much I can’t cut the lace. And the selection on cheaper wigs was sparse.

This is legit my favorite beauty supply store in Tallahassee. They have a great selection of hair, products, apparel and accessories. Great prices and great staff/owners. I’m here very often and I’ve never had a bad experience!

I got here for my crotchet ombre faux locs. They typically have what I want. I sent here the other day and wasn't allowed to try on wigs. They said since the pandemic they haven't allowed it. I respect it but I wouldn't buy a wig I can't try on unless it can be returned. So I went to Cali Beauty Supply. They allowed 3 try ons and had a sale BOGO free or buy 3 get 1 free. I would still recommend City Beauty for all other supplies, fashion and accessories. They cashiers and staff are always super friendly. Very helpful. They are always stocked. Great experience overall. 👍🏽

Big choice or hair extentions and a good variety of wigs. Not a big selection for human hair wigs. There is an array of products to choose from. Price is ave nothing to say its over the top. Great place to either keep basics or get a quick hair emergency at an affordable fix. Id go here again without vixen of not finding what I needed.
